ity Cente� are 8:00 a.m, to 5:00 p.m.. Monday -

Prior to commencement of the term hereunder, County �%
shall, at itg expense, have the listed eq uipment
p�ofessionally inspected, cleaned an� placed ia "
good vocking ordE� and repair. After such inspec-
tion, cleaning and repaic, County will prepare an
inventosy for Caterecs to acknowledge and accept in •
writing. ouring the term of this agceement, the
Caterers shall have exclu&ive use and control of
the listed eyuipment, subject to thic Agreement and .
to a maintenance schedule agreed upon by the par-
ties, and shall 6e cesponsible fo� costs of mainten-
ance and repair oE the listed equipment, except
damage caused by the negl igence of County, as
follows:

the Caterers shall pay the first 575.00 of

9. The County Will provide Catecers with an empty
freezer and a¢pla storage space foc dry goods. _
10. The Caterers shall be responsible for the daily (or
as necessary) washing of dishes and cleaning of all
kitchen and dining room equiprt:ent and shall further
be responsible for the cleaning of the floocs of
; the kitchen, dining rooms, dishwashing room and
` pantry and be responsible for the cleaning of the �
, inside walls, shelves, windo�is, ceilings, light
'• fixtures in these areas and janitorial service in ��F�ji!
