WHEREAS,COLOTRt1ST is a crommon law trust formed under the laws of the Siate of Colorado in accordance with the �,'•' ,
provisions o(Part 6 and Part 7 0(Articie 75 of Title 24 and Articles i 0.5 and 47 of Title II of the Colorado Revised Statutes
regarding the investing,pooling for investment and protection of public tunds;and .
WHEREAS,the above referenced Local Government Entity desires to participate in COLOTRUST and therefore by a• -
majority vote of its governing body has passed the tollowing resolution: ' '

Article 75 of Title 24 of the Colorada Revised Statutes,ihatcertain Indentureof Trust eniitledlhe Colaado Local Government
i� Liquid Asset Trust(COLOTRUS�dated as of January 1,1985 as amended fram time to time,the terms of which are
