WHffitBAS, the Lazy Glen Homeowners (hereinafter "Applicants") �
� have requested that the Boaid of County Commissioners of Pitkin `

- j County, Colorado (hereinafter "Board") remove the restriction ' -

+ prohibiting dogs in the Lazy Glen Trailer Park which is Condition � s' �

� No. 3 of Resolution No. 79-119; and •

� WHEREAS, on Feb=uary 24, 1986, the Board heacd the Appli- �
; cants' request to allow doga and continued the hearing to ptovide � •
�
the Applicants time to form a Homeowners Association and promul- ;;
� gate rules and =egulations to control dogs within the Trailer
Park; and

WHBREAS, on Ap=i1 23, 1986, the Applicants returned to the

Board with a plan for the £ormation of a Homeowners Association ' ,
" and also presented a draft dog control plan; and
` WHEREAS, the Board reviewed said dog control glan and also . '
directed the County Attorney to assist the Applicants' in £orming �
i
. a Homeowners' Association so that said dog control plan can be �
enforced. �
NOW, THEREFORB, BB 1T RESOLVED, by the Board that it does �

hereby delete Condition No. 3 of Resolution 79-119, and further .
tesolves to allow dogs within the Lazy Glen Trailer Park subject '' �

to the following conditions: '�1
1. The Applicants shall form an official Homeownets
Association which shall be responsible for formulating = •
and enforcing dog controls for the Trailer Park.

, 2. Dogs must be licensed with Pitkin County and must also
be registered with the Homeowners Association.
3. Each tcailer is allowed a maximtmi of one (1) dog. AnY ;�:_;;,.
mobile homeowner currentl.y in possession of more than
one dog will be allowed to keep the additional dogs but
� may not replace them upon loss.
4. The Homeowners Association shall develop regulations, �i .
fees and fines �to control dogs. These regulations.
fees and fines shall be approved by the County Animal
Control Officer and County Attorney. �"
