�.. WHEREAS, Rodney H. Jacobs (hereinafter "Applicant") is the � -
� owner of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Aspen Park Subdivision; and -

County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (hereinafter �
