• _� WHERSAS, Trout IInlimited is an organization of individuals �,:,

-� dediceted to preservation and improvement of trout fisheries
througha�ct the United States, and ,
WHTREAS, The U.S. Forest Service has inportaat hydrologic ,
i� expertise as well as an ongoing interest in maintaining public �•
recreational and wildlife resources, and '

tVftSRSAS, The Ferdinand Hayden Chapter of Trout IInlimited has �
brought these agencies together with Pitkin County and the Aspen t •.,
1�;� Center For �nvironemntal Studies to cooperatively design and '<

undertake a project aimed st improving the fish habitet of the i•' �

may ba recommended by the parties to the Project and upon the `'

yi maintain a high-quality, self-sustaining trout fishery on the �
North Star Preserve . ��,
