'.f " y . ��.,;S;r,'_�'_. -s i RESOLUTION ' GRANTING AN EXTSNSION OF T$E MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES SPECIAL USB PERMIT r� i � Resolution No. 86 - 76 • �,._ - WHBREAS, The Special Use Permit (# 81 - 66 dated July 27, 1981) granted to Mid-Continent Resources (hereinafter Mid- Continent) � ;_�_� has expired as of this date, and; h ,;,-. WHfiRBAS, Mid Continent has requested that that Permit be j;•; ;;_ 7 ,'I:. ;;�: revised and renewed, and „� WHfiREAS, Mid - Coatinent has abided by the terms of that Permit '� ,,, i, ,� ,: '.. �*j� , and has been responsive to County concerns and requests relative ': • �:p' r' `='- to their compliance with that Permit, and i,;"� . '�;;� WHEREAS, Mid-Continent has compiled e revised edition of their ' � State Division of Mined Lands Mining Application and has submit- t ��'�� ted it for County review, and i�:;;a ;:_;� WHBREAS, that review and subsequent revisions to the Mid- ��Y�.1 Continent Permit will not be completed for several �onths; ! -,;� TAHRSFORE, BH IT RHSOLVSD: � ,.�•;. <='`_� That Mid-Cointinent Coal is hereby granted an extension of one ;>," .. r;i�- �,: r:�: hundred and twenty (120) days to their current Special Use Permit `E:'• C- � as identified above. During that time period all requirements, ;a`� conditions and regulations imposed by that Permit will remain in good standing and full efFect.
