WHSRSAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, "� ��: ,

Colorado, acting as owner and operator of the Aspen/Pitkin County �:: •
Airport (Sardy Field), did, by its Resolution 85-26, create an _ �
Airport Advisory Board to solicit community input and assistance ''

� on plannin9 for Airport facilities attd operations, and; • •
WHEREAS, the Airport Advisory Board has requested an fT�

amendment to ReaoZution 85-26 to expand its membership by three , ,
(3) additional mem4ers to provide for greater representation on � •

the Advisory Board, and;

' wHEREAS, the Airport Advisory Board has requested a further , �
amendment to Resolution SS-26 so that all members would be �
; appointed, and serve, as regular members, and; .
� WHERSAS, the Board of County Commissioners suppocted the '
�,
� request on the basis that the Aicport Advisory Hoard was a non-
Charter citizen board whose role was limited to making �
recommendations on airport matters only. �
j NOW THEREFORS, BE IT RBSOLVBD, by the Board of County `•' ,.
