WHSREAS, Irving Tasman (hereinafter "Applicant") has applied �
,:;� for 1041 Floodplain Hazard Review approval to construct an 850 •

� square foot addition to an existing residence on Lots 11 and 12,
.; � Block 1 Ristler Subdivision in Redstone; and
'�'`` WHSRBAS, the Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter '

�� "Board") vacated Beech Drive adjacent to the applicant's property ' �

by Resolution 86-61 on June 23, 1986, at the applicant's request � ,

subject to conditions and said road vacation gave the applicant .

respect to this application .and finds that the proposed addition

_� 1. The proposed house addition shall be constructed -
� outside of the 100 year flood boundary as delineated on
a the Engineer's report and property survey attached
, � hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively.
