Braudis outlined for Klanderud what had been discussed at yesterday�s •
meeting and explained why this item had to be continued to today�s � '
Special Meeting.

� -. Klanderud asked if there were any outstanding issues. Rrizmanich stated �`"` �� �
that everything had been worked through and that there were some items
,;; which had been scheduled for "Further Review.N
-+ There being no further discussion, Braudis moved for Approval of the
.� Master Plan with the following recommendations: , .
� 1) Applicant shall submit USFS vegetation management plans .
and trail development plans to the County for review and ,
and subsequent incorporation into Mountain Master Plan.
i 2) Construction of permanent roads or new ski trails shall v
'� require "further review." ,
3) As existing sewage disposal systems fail, connection to
centralized sewage facilities shall be required.

Francis stated that in June of this year an extension to the Production
j Center's Detailed Submission had been granted. At that time an exten- �
f sion should also have been granted to their Building Permit. The .
deadline for the Permit is August 15, 1986. `r`'
� Francis had no problem with the Board granting this extension and said �
if they were in agreement, he would bring a resolution to the next
Regular Board Meeting reflecting this extension. . � .

Madsen made a motion to approve the extension to the Building Permit for
� Aspen Production Center. Child seconded. `
