,R' the Pitkin County Community Center in connection with this �

including restrooms, corridors, halls, entry-ways and

�� existing and future licenses, directives, conditions of `

certificates, and rules and regulations necessary for

^� its opezations hereunder as are adopted, promulgated,
;:;� ordered or amended by the State of Colorado, or any of
� its agencies or political subdivisions including, �
"� without limitation, the reasonable rules and regula- �

i: tions of Pitkin County and the Director of Housing, all '�
r � as may affect Licensee and its operations and activi-
� ties in and at the Pitkin County Community Center. No

color, religion or national origin. This Agreement is

18. In the event Licensee shall fail to perPorm, keep and
