and does maintain various spaces for the u�c of the public (here-

• Area (and areas adjacent thereto.designed for the use of airl?nes
� servicing the County of Pitkin) to various individuals, firms �

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, there shall be no waiting, lounging, loiter-
ing, or solicitation of business by the Company�s employees in • �

;� Colorado Industrial Commissioner, COSHA and OSHA respecting
, cccupancy thereof by the Company's employees.

� Company. The total expense for construction of such shell booth } . ,

• the exterior finishing and signage of the shell booth. If it • ,
shall be the intention of the County to, or if the County shall
in fact, remove the shell booth within six (6) months of the �

{ like. manner, and for use as office space, limited to the conduct

of its business to and from the Airport. The Company shall not

' A. In addition to the right to use and occupy

E. If a surcharge is added to a fare to cover the

Airport and notice of the surcharge, in language satisfactory to
the County, shall be included on the required PUC not�ca sheet.
6. Airnort Traffic Control. The County shall provide
"`" ground transportation supervision to all vehicular traffic and

j pedestrians at the Airport during periods which it determines to
�1 be the peak airport opezational hours during the normal Pitkin ;

County tourist seasons. Such supervisors shall be the employees i,.;:.. '�

�7. Place of Pavment. All rent payments sha12 be

- made without notice at the office of the Pitkin County Finance
�'j Officer, Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 East Main Street, Aspea, r

E;;� ' nate by notice in writing to the Company, and shall be made �

� shall be received by it subject to collection. Sums which remain

by it in tha Air Terminal or on the Airport in a rieat, clean,
saFe, sanitary and orderly condition at all times, and keep such �

with other users thereof for policing and cleanup of the taxi �
, and limousine ready area, and shall cooperate with the County • �. �

10. Si s. The Company agrees that no signs or adver-
�� tising materials shall be painted on, erected or placed in any

manner upon the premises or any other portions of the Airport

� 11. Removal of Eauipment. All eguipment and property F

� placed by the Company at its expense in, on or about the premises, � `

16. .Master Plan (Airport and Transitl/Rates and

construction and operation of a public mass transit ground-trans-
portation system, which may restrict or prohibit private vehicular �:'
