present an airehow on July 5, 1986 in Pitkin County; and •

Section Z. Term:

� months; from January 1, 1986 to August 1, 1986; provided that '
;�; regular monthly reviews of performance shall be held and, if
'.��.�� Eisen's performance has not been satisfactory to the County, as
;� determined by the Asset Manager, the County may terminate this �
� ~.� Agreement. Renewal o£ this Agreement, if any, shall be subject
} to the mutual agreement of the parties.
�� B. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or
�;�� otherwise interfere with the right of the County to terminate
`� this Agreement for cause, sub,ject to such notice and hearing as i

_ Section 3. County Representative/Office/Hours: �
Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 9, below, the
County's representative for the administration of this Agreement 1
• shall be the Asset Manager. Sisen shall be provided with non- � "-:"�
exclusive office space at the Airport Manager's Office, minimal +_,_,'.,
telephone and secretarial support through the Airport Manager's
Office. Use of the office by Eisen is subject to same rules and
regulations as County employees. '
Section 4. Compensation: �..� .. �
The County agrees to compensate Bisen on a bi-monthly
basis through the payroll system for services rendered pursuant
hereto at the gross rate of $10.00 an hour to a maximum County
expense of $4,700.00 for the term of this Agreement. �

Section 5. Part-time/Overtime/Comp Time: ..
; A. Sisen shall be considered a part-time contract
� appointment, and shall not be entitled to overtime pay or comp
� time.

A. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement is
;� entered into subject to the requirements of the "Pitkin County

;� Procurement Code," ($ection 8.5 of the Pitkin County Ho�ee Rnle

Charter, Resolution No. 82-37, April 12, 1982). As such, Eisen '!
' ~:�� agrees to comply with all applicable requiremeats of said Pro- � .'`'��'
'-� curement Code, and such requirements are incorporated herein by

B. Eisen shall immediately notify the Cvunty Manager
� of any violation of said Code by the County's employees or �'3

'��y agents, and failure to so notify the County of yiolations within w.

a five (5) days of knowledge of such violations shall be considered '

Eisen shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from � i

act or intentional act which may be brought or asserted against
the County for or on account of the work performed under this '

Agreement or any resulting liability alleged to accrue against
