as per Specifications dated April 18, 1986.
He shall complete this work within 153 calendar days from the �+ '

:,� Article 2. It is hereby further agreed, that at the �
completion of the work and its acceptance by the County all sums �;
. due the Contractor by reason of his faithful completion of the " ' '
��.;' work, authorized under this Contract in accordance with the '.• "
provisions of this Coni:ract, will be paid the Contrsctor by the .��
County after said completion and acceptance. Final acceptance �.•

spreader with options. Barring any unfareseen problems, we should be able '
� to deliver the unit before the 153 day deadline. `,
��j As was discussed at the pre-bid meeting I would like to see about the �
� possibility of receiving the '74 Oshkosh 6X6 plow truck with wing, tailgate, �.
a sander and dump body before the deliver of the new unit. I will be con- �
tacting you to confirm a date that will be acceptable to the County.
