During all hours of operation the Contractor shall
provide adequate labor and equipment to spread, compact, and

Saction 14. Windblown Solid Wastes. The Contractor

. Section 33. Remedies. In addition to other remedies
it may have for breach of the prohibition against contingent
fees, gratuities, and kickbacks, the County shall have the right
