6. WHEREAS, the parties have agreed, as more particularly

capital expenditure of the Nordic Council with respect to the � .

the Equipment under a blanket insurance policy or policies �ich r

ance covering all �nployees working on, in, near or about the
• Equipnent and shall require any other person or entity working on,
in, near or about the Equiprtent to carry such coverage, ard will '

� 6. Use. Nordic Nuncil shall use the Equipnent to develop,

' not use the Equignent without the prior written consent of Nordic

�uncil, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. �
