AMENAING TAE PITRIN COUNTY
PERSONNEL MANUAL

WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Board of Commissioners on �' �:� �
February 9, 1987 approved a resolution to join the Colorado �r.':'
Counties Cooperative for Employee Benefits (CCCEB) effective • _

March 1, 1987; and
. WHEREAS, the CCCEB plan document adopted by this Board on ;;.,
February 9, 1987 states that an employee's eligibility for CCCEB
,_.� coveraqe shall end "on the last day of the month in which he ��;.;.
terminates employment°;

;�i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of �y'•�:
L ;:� Commissioners that the Pitkin County Personnel Manual Chapter VI, Y
Section I, A. is hereby amended to read as in attached Exhibit A,
,,j effective March 23, 1987.

` A. Medical/Dental and Life: The County assumes the cost �

provided through the end of the full calendar month in
