� after "Applicants��) have applied to the Board of County Commis- �
sioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (hereinafter "Board") for ��`

ij Subdivision Exemp'�n approval to add approximately 5.6 acres to j;�•
-L � lot R-53 Starwood Subdivision and have also applied for approval +i:f'•'
� of an existing detached modular employee unit on said lot; and [

WfiEREAS, the Board heard the Applicant's proposal at their r

�3 regularly scheduled public meeting on March 23, 1987, at which � .
,� time evidence and testimony was presented with respect to said �

� WHEREAS, the Board finds that this application meets the
�� criteria for a lot line adjustment contained within Section 4-
� 2.2(a) (2) of the Land Use Code and also meets the criteria for an �

`� employee unit contained within Section 3-8.13(d) of the Land Use `
