Wf�:REAS, Wayne Landis and Peter Godfrey (hereinafter
"Applicants") are the owners of real property in the portion of ,�'`;'��-::..-.

consistent with Section 4-2.2{a) (i) of the Pitkin County Land Use

NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of
� County Commissioners that it hereby grants a Subdivision Excep-

� tion/LOt Line Adjustment to the applicants pursuant to Section 4-
2.2(a) (1) of the Pitkin County Land Use Code subject to the
; following conditions: ""� --~J
� 1) The portion of the driveway depicted on Exhibit 1 which
i crosses the Landis parcel will be shown as a 20 foot
� wide driveway easement on the final plat.

f 2) The lot line adjustment plat should include a note
I Yestricting the driveway to a one laned road.
� 3) The plat should be prepared consistent with the
language regarding p2ats in Appendix A of the Land Use €
Code. �"
