Upon epecific request of the Service to provide epecial eervicea beyond the euforcement of State and Connty civil and criminal laws provided under Clause A-1 relating to the protection of persons and their property in accordance with the operating and financial plan required by Clause C-2. - 3. To follow required Federal Communication Commieaion�FCC) proceduree when Foreat Service radio frequenciea are utilized. �Obtain a letter of agree- ment from the Forest Service and file with the Federal Communication Commissionl. 7, To furnish the Service in conjunction with tbe etatement of expenditures required by Clause A-3 Form ES-5300-5, Cooperative Law Enforcement Activity Report, identifying the number of crimes occurring on Nationa2 Foreet Sqatem landa. The report ahall Eollow the FBI Uniform Crime Re- porting gtoupinga, Part I and Part II offenses. Offense and arrest in- formation shall be combined and reported for each crime. The report ehall separate the crimes handled under the cooperative agreement from tbose _ � handled by the cooperator during regular duties. B. The Sheriff's Depar[ment upon request from and authorized Foreat ; Service officer shall remove abandoned vebiclea and associated ipersonal contents within the abandoned vehicles from National Foreat laads and impound these vehicles. The removal and impound- . ment procedures shall be in accordance with State law. The reim- � bursement cost for removing abaadon vehicles £rom National Forest . � lands will not exceed the actual towing fee. The total operating I cost for thia service will not exceed the limit of $390.00. � C. The actual cost of patrolling the specified areae in the Independence and ?isroon drainages beginning June 20th and end- ing September 7th, 1987, for thoae patrols over and above normal t �, patrols.
