4. FISCAL RECORDS '

a. The Contractor ahall maintain adequate fiscal recorda for a
period of three yeara following the termination of this contract. �'ti'

open to inspection and/or audit at reasonable times by an authorized �� t`
repreaentative of the 3t�te or an i�dependent auditor as designated by the

� enable the State and/or an independent auditor to determine all costs for
� servicea provided pursuant to this contract. The Contractor shall provide
to the State documentation regarding all other sources of support and
� reveaue obtained by the contractor for the program and all costs related to -
� the program must be accounted for and properly classified.
� 5. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
