WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of certain lands within

2. The Grantee agrees to use reasonable care in the
exercise of the rights herein granted, to avofd dfsrngtion of the ����!:V �

and to avoid unnecessary damagea to the property and improvements

3. Finally, the Grantee agrees to be responsible for loss
� or injury arising from its conduct on Grantor's property and the � •

4. Pitkin County shall, at its own expe�se, gravel and ��,'��-j

� Specification 2.24 for as long as this Agreement is 3n ef£ect.
;� The County shall not be responsible for snow removal or damage

� resul.ting from traffic not consistent with County Road Specifica-
� tion 2.24 usage.
! 5. The County shall install one gate across Y.he access

j road at a location that is mutually agreeable with the Grantor. �

i The gate shall be kept locked and each party sha12 have the right ;;~
� to chan e the lock with 48-hour
� g prior notification to other
iparties.
� 6. The County may, with 90 days prior written notice to ,.;
