' • • -• � � �1',�\S7;a ' ' ' SCOPE OF WORK ����t - 1.0 Background ' 7he Air Pollution Controi Division (APCD) is mandated by the EPA to establish sampling for particulate matter 10 microns in size and smaller {PM10) in Aspen, Colorado. 7his contract will require the Aspen/Pitkin Environmental , Health Department (Contractor) to prepare a site on the roof of the "Sports � � ! Stocker" building in Aspen for installation of PM10 samplers.
