Article Z. It is .hereby further agreed, that at the
completion of delivery and acceptance of the equipment by the
County all sums due the Vendor by reason of his faithful comple-
tion of delivery, authorized under this Contract in accordance
with the provisions of this Contractt will be peid the Vendor by
the County after said delivery and acceptance. Final acceptance
cannot be mede by the County until eny and aIl proper legsl
( advertisements nave oeen made. �

? Article 3. It is hereby further agreed that any reference
herein to the "Contract" shall include all "Documents" as the
� same are listed and described in the Specifications, issued in

. ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT �
THIS ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT WHICH EXISTS BETWEEN PITK2N COUN2Y
AND MACK TRUCKS, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF ONE (1) MACR RD600
glider kit, Pursuani to Pitkin County Bid # 1987-7FM, dated 30,
� December 1987, is agreed to by both parties and adds the follow- ,
ing provision(s):
"Whereas it was necessary for Mack Trucks, Inc., during
rework, to reposition certain holes in the frame rails of .��;'s:<'< '
the glider kit for proper positioning of the trunnion ,�, .
bracket, Mack trucks Inc. warrants the structural intagrity 1
of said frame rails to be of equal strength to the original �.`
Prame rails prior to this modification and against struc- ;,%-;,;�;,
tural failure of said frame rails for 3 years, unlimited
: miles during which Pitkin County may own the vehicle of �
� which these frame rails are a component. Mack Trucks, Inc. �

further indemnifies Pitkin County from any liability for
personal injury or property damage which may asise from :�•�`'

unlimited milas during which Pitkin County �lay own said i"�
