Director of Avistion tq, 7�iRi ' t Ci4+f K"e•r�l , ("the Compeny"),
which offices at �ooCi7�.��ic. Z , Aapen, Colorado. .
WHfiRSAS, the company ia engeged in the rental of automobiles �:�' �
and/or four-aheel drive vehicles in the Aapen, Colorado vicinity,
but does not have e Use and Lease Agresment witfi Pitkin County to �.;?�'+�;�
lease termiaal space at Pitkia County Airport or to operate on
the airport; and �� !`
='? WHBRSAS, the Compaay wishes . for the convenience of its

� NOW, THSRSFORS, this Interim Permit for operations st Pitkin

;;� accepted by the Company pursuant to all of the followiag terms . '

"" I. OPSRA?IONS
�� i. The only operations which ahall be peraitted
�"j by the Oompany at Pitkin County Airport ara:
c.`�:� e. Customer Pick Ua.. The Company ehall be
permitted to pick up customers by prior arraagement on the
commercial traffic loop outside the baggage pickup pod of the
�:���; terminal. Pickup shall be eolely by meana o# a commerciel van or
limousiae clearly merked with the Company's name and/or logo. •
;=� Accesa for euch pickups aha21 be through the courtesy van- �
_ limousine deaigaated lane pA that loop. The Company's vana ahall
;��r; not be permitted Lo park on the loop, but may use the Ioop only
,.,� in response to a call for pickup from a customer. Pickups shall 4
be aade only in the curb area designated for ofY-airport courtesy
vana.

returned their rented vehicles to the Company's office aod who ; �

Airport may be droppad off at the Departnrea pod of the terainal � �

2. Operations Hhich shall not be permitted

anywhere on the premiees of Pitkin County Airport.

4 �� II. PAYMENTS AND F$fiS
;�� I. Aa a basic permit fee for the priviZegea �
grented hereunder, the Company ahali pay to the County, in � '
s advence, the monthly fee of fifty dollara (g50.00). Said eum
� ahall be peid without demend or invoice on the firat of each
month at the Pitkin County Finance Office, 530 Bast Maih Street,
,� Aepen, Colorado 816I1, throughout the term of thia permit.

and procedures establiahed from time to .time at Pitkin County
,.� Airport, the per vehicle fee for each use of the commercial t

1. All of Company's courtesy vana shall be kept
� clean, well msintained and in good operating condition at aIl
� times in picking up or dropping off customers at Pitkin County `
g' Airport. �
� 2. Company's van operators sha21 6e neat in
; appearance, courteous and shall carry current, valid aad ap- �
� propriate motor vehicle operator certificates at all times. Said . F;':;:�''

by law upon each of its vans operating at tha Airport and ehall,
in addition, maintain public liabiliCy insurance coverage in an
amount no leas than �1,000,000 per peraon. $2,000,000 per
incident. Said coverage shali name Pitkin Couaty aa a co-insnred
and Company ehail instruct its insurer to provfde Pitkin County
with a certificete confirming said coverages. A �'

4. Any violation by the Company or any of its
employees of any of the terms or conditiona of thie Permit or of
= any current applicab2e ru].e or regu2etion at Pitkin County �
A3rport shall be deemed a material defaul.t in the performance of �. :,!^f •
`.� Compeay hereuader end shell subject Company to loss of all Permit
piivileges.
� IV. TSRM OF PBRMIT

operating permit as an off-airport reatal car� company. Company
agreea that it shall be sub3ect to permitting under established
