5. The Boazd determined that the proposed development meets the criteria established in
� � Section 4-I40.30 of the Land Use Code,and therefore found the extension to be
' appropriate.
� NOW,TFIEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County i
Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension until Jazmary 8,2000,to the vested
property rights for the Schelling property described lierein subject to the following � �
conditions:
1. This approval is subject to the terms and restrictions of BOCC Resolu6on No.93-42,
dated March 30,1993.
2. 'The water storage tank refeaed to in Resolution No.93-42 shall be in place prior to a r
certificate of occupancy for the home to be built on the pazceL

3.The applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and 1
pnbiic meetings.
