Zoning Commissioa found the development proposal to be consistent with the �

• Special Review Criteria contained in Section 3-210 of the Land Use Code and (
�, unanimously recortunended approval of th'is application to the Board.
` , - 4. The Board heard this application at their regulazly scheduled pub[ic hearing on
February 26,1997,at which time evidence rind testimony was presented with respect
to this applicaUon.
5. The Boazd finds that this Special Review application is consistent with addpted
.. Ivfaster Plans and compatible with the surtounding neighborhood.
