ASP�N SKIING COMPANY FOR PLOWING OF THE LITTLE ANNI�ROAD �

[. The Aspen Skiing Company,hereinafter"Applicant,"has applied to the Board of
Counry Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado,Iiereina8er"Board,"for
' approva(of a Temporaty Use Pennit to plow the Little Annie road in order to
allow construction vehic(es to access Aspen Mountain for the purpose of
`` reconsttucting the Ruthies lift,pursuant to Section 3-200.30 of the Land Use
' Code.

2. The Land Use Code requires tl�at the Board determine that the request for a percnit

is necessazy allow tlie event to occur and that adequate provision has been made
• � for police supervision,insurance,area maintenance and public parking.

; �10W,THEREFORE,BE IT R�SOLVED by tha Boacd that it does hereby
grant a Temporary Use Permit for plowing the Little Annie Road suUject to the
following conditions:
` 1) "I'his temporary use permit is issued to Tl�e Aspen Skiing Company for the

Spring of 1997 to allow snow plowing of Little Annie Road for the purpose
� � i of providing ]leavy equipment access to Aspen Mountain in order to

� • ' reconstruct the Ruthies Lift.Plowing shati begin no eartier than April
14th,1997. ,

� 2) The applicant shali provide an insurance certificate to the satisfaction of the
� Risk Manager prior to the issuance of Yhe temporary use permit.
