., tlte"Valley Dog Rescue"organization, to be held on Buttermilk Mountain on Saturday,

} 2. The Buttennilk Mountain Master Plan does not allow die off-season use of the
fButtermilk Ski Area, including the use of Bumps Restaurant, for planned couunercial :

. events.

� 3. Section 3-20030 of the Land Use Code requires the Board of County

. - Commissioners{hereinafter"Board")determine that the request for a temporary use permit

• ; is necessary to hold a public event or celebration.
� 4. Ttie Board found that the proposal complies with the provisions of Section 3-
20030 of the Land Use Code.

� , � NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it hereby grants a
,. ' Temporary Use Permit for the K-9 Uphill,subject to the following conditions:
� 1. The Applicant shaIl notify the homeowners association(s)in the immediate viciniry of thb
. '! Buttermilk Mountain base azea of any anticipated impacts associated with the event
, 2. The Applicant shall provide at least two properly equipped Emergency Medical
t Technicians for d�e duration of the event.
