1. The State of Colocado has made Conservation Trust Fund monies available to Pitkin Counry � "i��

2. The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin county,Colorado,hereafter refemed to as the
"Board",heard a request to allocate Conservation Trust fiund monies to local groups, -
' organizations,and entiUes,pursuant to State and County guidelines pertaining to said i�
