1. Jce and Came Wells,hereafter"Applicants",have applied to the Board of County Commissioners

of Pitkin County,Colorado,hereafter"Board",for special review approval of a caretaker dwelling unit

Wells Caretaker Dwelling Unit,subject to the Following conditions: �
1. The detached caretaker dwelling unit shall be limited to 700 net livable square feet. f

2. Prior ro issuance of a building pertnit,d�e applicant shall obtain and the Housing Office shall record �
a caretaker dwelling unit deed restriction. Floor plans of die unit shall be provided to the Housing
Office with the deed restriction. The anit shali have a separate entrance. �:

3. Housing and Community Development staff shall inspect the unit prior to issuance of a Certificate
