� 3. The Board wnsidered the application at a regularly scheduled and duly noticed public hearing �: ..

4. The Board has determined that approval of this application will not result in overcrowding of 1,:

5. The Board has determined that this rec}uest for a Caretaker Dwelling Unit approval cannot be ��`�
granted due to the size of the existing unit and uncertainty as to the time and circumstance of �

pursuant to the terms and conditions of the"Bandit Uni["provisions contained in Section 3- '�

conditions:
1, The applicant shail adhere to atl representations and commitments made regarding this •

2. The proposed unit shall be limited to approximately 880 square feet of"Net Livable Floor Area"
� as represented at the hearing.

� 3. The applicant sha!}provide a floor plan and shall record the Caretaker Deed restrictions as �

4. The unit shall be made available for inspection by the Housing Office upon their request.
