1. Robert Davis,hereinafter,"ApplicanP',has applied to the Boazd of County
Commissioners of Pitkin Couniy,Colorado,hereinafter,"Board",for approval of a `
Subdivision Exemption for a Major Plat Amendment pursuant to the Pitkin County Land � � ,
Use Code.

, : J 2. The subject property is located south of Redstone in the Crystal River Park
I Subdivision and comprises Lots 14,15,and 16 of the Crystal River Park Subdivision. �p

� 3. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this application on April 15,1997,
and directed staff to forwazd a recommendation of approval to the Boazd. �i

� 4. The Boazd heard this application at a regularly scheduled public hearing on June 11,
i 1997,at which time evidence and testimony was presented with respect to this
. ! application.

� � 5. The Boazd determined that the proposed activity meets the applicable criteria
' . ; established in the Land Use Code,provided the conditions listed in this resolution are
� 1 adhered to.
� NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
� . of Pitkin County,Colondo,that it does hereby grant approval of the Davis Subdivision
' Exemption for a Major Plat Antendment,subject to the following conditions:

1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and

in public meetings.
� � � 2. 'The applicant shall prepaze a final plat in accordance with Land Use Code Sec6on 5-
� 40. The plat shall be recorded prior to submission of any building pernut appiications.
� The plat shall be identified as the"Davis.Amendment of Lots 14,15,and 16 of the � '
Crystal River Park Subdivision". The plat shall also be submitted in a digital format for
integration into the County Geographic Information System.
