4. The Boazd found that the proposal complies with Section 3-200.30(A)of the Land Use

.- , ° Aspen Skiing Company's request for a temporary use permit for night use of the Gondola and the
- Sundeck for the Yale University Trustees$oard of Directors dinner on September 19,1997.
