Review Site Plan which meets the approval of the Community Development Departrnent and �'���,

Environmental Hazard areas may exist that might affect the property,any improvements and the Y`': ��
use and occupancy diereof.". The site plan shall also be submitted in a digital fortnat for integration ,
into the Counry Geographic Information System,prior to the issuance of a building permit. The '�"`:?.;:��
site plan shall be amended to delineate the high water line of Casaday Creek and the building =.
envelope shall be located a minimum of 20 horizontal feet from the high water line of the creek. '�`"''?" +

A. Brush,debris,and non-ornamental vegetation shall be removed within a minimum 10 foot r:�, .

B. Vegetation shall be reduced to break up the vertical and horizontal continuity of die fuels a •?_
minimum of 35 feet uphill and to the sides and 37 feet downhill of the structure.
C. Spacing between clumps of brush and vegetation within tl�e required perimeter shall be a �r:f,
minimum of two times the height of Uie fuel. Ma�cimum diameter of the clumps shall not '�• y`.
exceed 10 feet. All measurements shall be from the edges of the crowns of the fuel. ��.�;�

vegetation requirements.
4. The applicant shall comply with the following additional wildfire mitigation standards: '� �
A. Roofconshuction sliall be Class A,non-combustible(no wood shake/shingles)material � �
with no flat roofs.
� B. Vents shall be screened with corrosive resistant wire mesh with mesh Y+inch maximum.
i C. Roofs and gutters shall be kept clear of debris. �
! D. Yards shall be kept clear of all litter,slash,and flammable debris.
E. All flammable materials shall be stored on a parallel contour a minimum of 15 feet away ��
