2. The property is located at the top of Buckhom ski run and is legally described in
Exhibit A. ���

3. The Board considered the request at its regularly scheduled meeting of August 27,
1997,at which time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this ' ���

. 4. The Boazd determined that the proposed development meets the special review criteria =�
� established in Section 3-210 of the Land Use Code,and thetefore found the development ;t '
to be appropriate.

• � Commissioners that it does hereby grant approval to Ho[y Cross Electric Assceia6on for ,�
expansion of the existing telecommunication facility on Aspen Mountain subject to the '� '
� following conditions:

1. The appiicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and at
public meetings. � �
± 2. Forest Service approval shail be granted prior to submittal for building pemut

� 3. All testing of the generator will occur during hours when the Ski Area is not open to

skiers. •, `� .
4. All disturbed areas will be regraded to preconstruction condirions and revegetated �
immediately after project completion to the specifications presented in the applicarion, '��

5. The proposed building addition will have a natural stone aggregate finish similaz to the
