real property rights pursuant to Section 4-140.30 of the Land Use Code. "

' single-faniily residence in 1994.by BOCC resolution No.94-2I8.

4. The Board considered the request at its regulazly scheduled meeting of August 27, ,�;4

- 5. The Board determined that the proposed development meets the criteria established in
Section 4-140.30 of the Land Use Code,and therefore found the extension to be
' � appropriate. �
' NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County
Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension to the vested property rights until
November 15,2000,for the Delis�property described herein subject to the following
conditions: �
- 1. All conditions of approval established in BOCC Resolutions No.94-218(Exhibit B)
- shafl be adhered to unless specifically modified by Yhis Resolution. '

2.The applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and +
public meetings. 1

3. The second sentence of condition#6 of Resolutian No.94-218 shall be modified to
read,"These improvements shatl require approvai by the County Engineer prior to
issuance of a driveway permit"
4.In condition#8 of Resolution No.94-218 the words"shail obtain"shall be replaced by ��`
