with respect to his property taxes. '`�
2. The Couttty Assessor originally assigned the actual value on Yhe subject ;:�y

3. The parties have negotiated a settlement in the lirigarion. �'

i a. Generally the Settiement provides that based on the �'l
actual use of the subject pmperty as a "ranch" in 1997, the ��r
� subject property shall be reclassified as Agricultural for the tax
year 1998,and the actual value shall be adjusted accordingly.
i b. After further review and negotiation,the Peritioner
. and County Board of Equalizarion agree the actual value to be
