Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado,hereafter"Board",for special review approval of a caretaker
' dwelling unit above a proposed detached garage.

_- .. 5. The Board heard this application at a regulazly scheduled meeting on October 8,1997,at which
time evidence and testimony was presented with respeci to the application.
6. The Board finds that the application generally complies with the applicable sections of the Code.

1 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board d�at it does hereby grant approval of the
Fskin Caretaker Dwelling Unit,subject to the fnllowing conditions: 'i

1. The caretaker dwelling unit shall be limited to 700 net fivable square feet. �
2. Prior to issuance of a building permit,the applicant shall obtain and the Housing Office shall record
a caretaker dwelling unit deed restriction. ,,�.,

3. Housing and Community Development staff shall inspect the unit prior to issuance of a Certificate w�1
ofOccupancy. � `
