the$oard of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado,hereinafter`Boazd",for "

- I 4. The Boazd heard this application at a duly noticed public hearing on OcYober 8,
I 1997,at which time evidence and testimony was presented with respect to this

� � 4. The Applicant shall obtain an access permit firom the Colorado Department of

5. The Applicant shall submit a drainage and erosion control plan, approved by the
