NOW,TE�REFORE,the County and the Contractor,fur the considerations hereinafter set focth,agrce ��

� 1. TT�CONTRACTOR AGTtEFS to fumish all the necessary labor,materials,equipment,tools and
± services necessary to complete in a worlanaril�7ce manner alt tasks requiced for ihe completion of ihe Project,in
; strict comp6ance�vith the contract documents herein mentioned,which are made a part of this conhact. -
� a. CONTRACT TIME. Work under this Agreement shall be completed in a timely manner,to be
� determined by ihe Road and Bridge Superintendent. Tlte County reserves the right to teaninate this contract at
- any time if the work described herein has not been performed adequately.

b. SUB-CONfRACTORS. The Contractor agcees to bind every sub-contractor by the teans of the
Contract Documents. The Contract Documents shall not be constnied as creating any contractual relationship
betrveen the sub-contractor and the Count�.
2. TfiE COLINTY AGREES to pay,and the Contractor agm,es to accept, in full payment fur the
performance of this Contract,the Contract amotmt of$thirlv hvo thousand,three hundred dollars and zero
cents($32,300.001 subject to increase or decrease in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. �
a. Progress payments shall be made in accordance�vith these Contract Documents.

4. AUTHORITY AND RESPO�ISIBIId'I'Y OF THE COUNIY ROAD SUPERINTENAENT. All �` .

arise as to the quality and acceptabiliry of materials fumished,work performeci,rate of progress of the work, ,
interpretation of the ConUact,change orders(�vithin the(imits of Ms authority)and all other questions as to the
compfiance wiih the Contract on the part of the Contnctoz. ,,�

, 5. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. This Agreement and all of the covenants hereof shall inure to the ��
