� b. SUB-CONTRACTORS. The Contractor agrees to bind eve�y sub-contractor by the terms of the
� I Contract Docimients. The Contract Docwnents shall not be constived as creating any contractual re(ationship
between the sub�ontractor and the County.
2. THE COUNTY AGREES to pay,and the Conhactor ag�ees to accept, in full payment for the
performance of tbis Contract,Yhe Contract amount of$ thrce hundred sixtv three thousand, seven
hundred ninetv dollars and 00 cents ($363,790.001 subjed to incmase or decrease in accordance with the !
