Administration's annual training wurse conducted in at least one area of Consumer
Protection.

officers in food service sanitation and to accompany environmental health official
representatives of each program approximately one week each year in the field to critique :;, ,.

A CPD will utilize Quarteriy reports,inspection inventories,computerized food service reports,
inspection records,and field evaluations to detemtine contrad compliance.
. B. Cities/Counties wil! maintain exisUng inventories in•each city/county program and will
conficm the same with CPA. In non-computerized programs,CPD will make certain that all
, •inspectir,n reports are recorded and filed.
C. Follqwing the lst Quarter of each contract year,the CPD will review the quarterly reports
, for each program Should a prograzri accomplish less than 18%of the reqaired contrect
. wor{S the responsible health offcer will be notified ver�aUy of the fad. The health officer
will also be infottned of the deficiency in writing,and of the Department s concern relative
� to contract completion.
; D. Following the 2nd Quarter of each contract year,CPD will review the quartedy reports and
� ! inspection records for each program. Should a program accomplish less than 35%of the
'• required wntiad work during tfie fust(iatf of the contract year,the responsibie health officec
will be notiSed verbally of the potential problem,followed by written notification A copy •

remitted unless 90'%of the mandatory contract work is completed. Regulated establishrtents '
that have discoatinued operatians during the year wil(not be deerteci to have been+ncluded —
in the contract workload. New establishments will be considered on the basis of the date
