conveyed,used,occupied,mortgaged,or otherwise encumbered subject to all of the terms,provisions,covenants,
and restrictions contained in the Declaration,as a Member of the AssociaUon,all of which shall run with the title to
the Owner's Property and shall be binding upon all persons having any right,tiUe,or interest in Owners Property, if_
their respective heirs,legai representatives,successors,successors-in-title,and assigns. Owner understands and �•f
acknowledges that,by submitting OwneTs Property to mandatory membership in the Association,Owner is hereby ;•�i
