`i for and in support of commercial aeronautical activity including public airfield facilities, �
and airline teiminal and related airline facilities,and a general aviation terminal and �
' ! related general aviation and fixed-base operator facilities;and i

' 2. These certain land azeas and facilities are further designated as azeas and facilities 6
for public use(subject to rules and re�ulations for each classification of user),aret�.s and
' � facilities for exc[usive,preferential or non-esclusive commerciat use(subject to written
�� agreements with the County),and certain areas"reserved"by the County for future �

�I 3. The County has the authority to operate and manage the Airport,to permit and i-
4,, regulate commercial and certain aeronautical uses and activities at the Airport and to

"! -�. The Airline is in the business of providing scheduled airline service,and effective

5. That Agreement set out certain space in the terminal facility for preferential use
° by the Airline for purposes of conducting its airline ticketing and passenger service i

8. Tlie Airline,in order to support its operations,requires occupancy of certain �""?�.��:
spaces in the airline terminal bui(ding formerly occupied by Mountain Air Express,Inc., �
and,if offered the opportunity to lease such space,is willing to offer such services as
; necessary to support the ground handling needs of Mesa Air[ines,a pre-signatory airline •
; currently providing daily air service at the Airport,and whose ground 1�andling needs ��..c,
, , .'; were also provided by Mountain Air Express,Inc.;and ��

9. The Airline,if offered such space,is willing to amend the Agreement as detailed •

Inc.have reached an aereement on the timendment of the Lease and Use Agreement to �
