Services must be amended to include addidonal services in connection with the
ASPEN/PTfKIN COUNTY AIItPORT FAR PART 161 STUDY.

'! in effect; this Amendment adds addidonai services to the Scope of Services contained

2. SPONSOR hereby engages CONSULTANT and CONSULTANC hereby agrees to perform
:j services hereinafter described in connecrion with the above mentioned Study.

` 3. The work to be performed wili be accordance with the Program of Services mazked �
Exhibit A and auac6ed hereto and made a part hereof. CONSULTANT wiii perfom�and
• ! ' cany out in a proper manner the work shown in the attached Program of Services. �

; j 4. All Federal Aviarion Administration rules and reguladons and other federal,state and
i f lxai laws applicable to the accomplishment of this planning pmjects will be complied

w j sum of$14,800.00. Said sum will be paid as work progresses on a Task Complerion
� ' basis,subject to receipt of a claim for payment from the CONSULTANT and subject to
• ; approval for such Task completion.

Set up five noise monitoring sites to monitor departures and arrivals at Aspen for one
week.
I Download noise data to one of BCS International's in-house servers. �`�:f :

Apply Bridge Reports"Expert System"software to the collected noise data to test
feasibility of determining arrivals and departures from noise events.
