In no event ' shall the Easement Area be used for parking, camping, picnicking, camp£ires, cooking fires, disposal of fish or trash, loud noises or music and/or any activities that are not directly related to fishing or that extend beyond daylight hours. In no event shall . the foregoing grant of easement be construed or interpreted as granting to any party the right to travel acrosa Grantors' Property to gain access to the Crystal River, or to otherwise utilize any - portion of Grantors' Property except the Easement Area. Grantee shall not suffer or permit any user o£ the Easement - Area to create noise, or to dispose of waste or garbage, or to otherwise be a nuisance, in any manner of any kind or nature � whatsoever, to the owner of the Property. In the event that Grantee receives any notice from Grantors {or their auccessors and � assigns) of any violation of the terms hereof, Grantee shall 4� ' promptly take reasonable steps to investigate and correct any such ,� violation, including, without limitation, enforcement actions.
