Karen Badalian, hereinafter "Applicant", has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, hereinafter "Board", for approval of a caretaker dwelling unit �;.r;, pursuant to Section 3-8.13(c) of the Land Use Code. 2. The Applicant's lot is zoned RS-30 and is approximately • 1.06 acres in size. 3. Said parcel is described as Lot 5, Block 1 of the Gateway to Snowmass Mesa Subdivision, more specifically described in � Exhibit A, attached. k` 4. The Applicants propose to deed restrict the caretaker dwelling unit pursuant to Ordinance 91-11. 5. The Board heard this application at a regularly scheduled meeting on January 25, 1994, at which time evidence and testimony was presented with respect to this application. 6. The Board determined that the proposed caretaker unit ' ' meets the criteria established in Section 3-8.13(c) of the ' Land Use Code.
