= 2. Prior to building permit appZication, the Applicant shall ; f
'•r submit a 24 x 36 inch mylar 1041 Hazards Review Site Plan � :
� which meets the approval of the Planninq Office and County
Attorney. The Site Plan shall include aIl the conditions of

a. The following 1041 Hazard Review Warning and
� Disclaimer shall be noted on the Plat:

"The provisions of these regulations do not in any
way assure or imply that areas outside of designated
, hazard areas will be free from hazards, or that
i ' approved mitiqation measures will quarantee the

b. The building envelope shall be modified as per the ,
reoommendations of the Colorado Geological Survey.
� � 3. Building foundations sha12 be reviewed and certified by a
o Colorado registered professional engineer. Foundation plans
: shall be submitted at the time of building permit application.
�y 4. The Applicant shall adhere to the criteria stipulated in
� Section 5-401.2(h) as follows:

' '=� a a. Cuts shall not be made into slopes steeper than thirty

`� b. Cuts and fills, and grading and scraping shall be
' a confined to the minimum area needed for construction. .
