RECITALS
1. Paul and Patty Patterson, hereinafter "Applicants", have �"
I applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, (. ,
' � Colorado, hereinafter "Board", for approval of a caretaker : �
{ dwelling unit pursuant to Section 3-151o(B) of the Land Use ��
Code.
2. The Applicant's lot is zoned RS-30 and is approximately �,

� 3. Said parcel is located at 499 Meadowood Drive; legally
`�,� described as Lot 4, Block 1 of the Meadowood Subdivision.
� 4. The Applicants propose to deed restrict the caretalcer

dwelling unit pursuant to Section 3-1511.
� 5. The Board heard this application at a regularly scheduled
-"� meeting on July 12, 1994, at which time evidence and testimony

was presented with respect to this application.

meets the criteria established in Section 3-1510(B) of the
