record a 24 x 36 inch mylar 1041 xazard Review Site Plan which �

5. The Applicant shall submit a drainage and erosion control plan
to the County Enqineer prior to the issuance of a building o

standards as specified by the County Engineer and will be no
wider than 16 feet, prior ta the issuance of a building

7. Outside illumination shall compZy with County lighting

� 8. The Applicant shall comply with the recommendations of the DoW

9. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the Applicant shall T
provide documentation of an adequate domestic water supply. �

10, The septic system for the site shall meet the approval of the �
Environmental Health Department. The Applicant shall obtain -p
such approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. .q

road improvements. o

12. The Applicant shall file a fireplace/woodstove permit with the ��
- Environmental Health Department, prior to the issuance of a
- building permit (if necessary).
13. No development, including grading and vegetation removal,
shall occur outside of the building envelope, except that
required for construction of the access driveway. Utility
extensions shall be buried in the access driveway. ��

14. The building site shall be revegetated with native grasses to
limit water consumption and additional runoff, within one
�� growing season of project completion.
